The sellers you've been buying from have very poor feedback .

Presumably your problem is with the seller who you last left feedback.

You don't need to keep  contacting eBay about the seller.

IF you received an item not as described, have you  opened an "item not as described" claim under eBay's Money Back Guarantee  within the 30 day limit ?

https://www.ebay.com.au/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-pol...

If you've left it too late and you paid with Paypal, you have 180 days from transaction date to file a claim.

Or  you could try  a chargeback  with your bank.

I've read your post umpteen dozen times and it still makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever.

Why exactly are you referring eBay to a seller? Nobody is obliged to sell or buy on eBay - regardless of any alleged referrals.

Useless reporting a variation listing to AI bots

Why are you buying off a dodgy seller in the first place?

Why have you not opened a dispute if what you bought is not what you got?

ebay allows variation listings

The seller has devised a scamming idea does not mean you need to buy from them

Reporting a listing is not opening a dispute

posting here is not going to be seen by eBay

No real answer but monies have been refunded and the item in question was never sent do I will leave it up to Ebay to decide if the seller has developed a scam. Thank you for all your efforts.
