I hope you completed sign up to Managed Payments before listing them all, and relise that eBay will see you as a new seller since you have not sold anything for over a year

You also have click and collect on three items, but not on the other two (I am not sure if that is intentional or not, so worth mentioning as eBay did once have a habit of just opting sellers into it, without the seller choosing to put it)
