Hi all,
I listed a set of dice that sold last night:
I only sell on ebay occasionally and in the last month or so I have offered international postage, selecting "cost varies depending on location" as the international postage cost option.
I sold an item to someone in Germany a few weeks ago, which was all good as they e-mailed me first to ask about the additional postage cost, but these dice have sold to someone in Spain who didn't e-mail first.
Obviously, lesson learnt for me to be more clear in my description about contacting me for international postage, but my question is, looking at the listing, could it be interpreted that postage is $1.20 worldwide??
If that is how the listing reads, then I will wear the additional cost and learn my lesson for next time, however I don't just want to wear the additional cost if it doesn't read that way in the listing. I find the postage information in my listing quite unclear compared to all of the options that I select when listing items, so I felt that I had listed in correctly, until I have tried to read the listing as a buyer would do.
Rookie mistake hey!!
I would appreciate any advice.
Thanks 🙂
