I need sell domestic and internationally but cannot select shippers other than Aust post and Sendle.

I cannot select shippers from the complete list. For international listings, I can only select from Australia Post offerings. However, Australia Post do not ship items over a certain length and so the listing can not be completed (I have mailing tubes which are only 8 cm diameter but are over 120 cms in length. I know there is a list of international shippers somewhere on the ebay platform but how can I access it when making my listings? I have tried many eBay operators for help but none can answer this question! I've been told the only way to ship out of Australia is Sendle or Australia post - but I do not believe this. There must be a setting somewhere that is limiting my options. Does anyone know how to fix this important problem?

Another thought.

Are you selecting flat rate or calculated postage? The options for calculated are limited to AP for international, usually. Maybe Sendle as well as eBay are pushing their 'service'.

I'm surprised you have those options.

eBay consider you a new seller. As such there are restrictions, like a 30 day hold on your money. It used to be that a seller had to have a minimum feedback as a seller, before they could even offer international postage.

If the options aren't there, there is probably not a lot you can do. You could try contacting eBay again but there is no guarantee of success.
