I need to contact the 'on-line' ebay help IMMEDIATELY. I have done a live chat before but can't seem to get through. Any help??

I have in-correctly listed an item. There are many bids and I feel really bad!

No need to contact live help,  if the mistake is relevant to the sale, you can do one of two things,

Go to Revise item, you can not edit the listing but you can add to the description, you can state the mistake, BUT, you run the risk of the bidders not seeing it,  Best advice is to go to the Site Map, bottom of any ebay page, middle column under Selling activities, and click on cancel bids, proceed to cancel ALL bids,you can choose a reason,  then go back and End listing,

You can then Relist and edit the information accordingly before submitting the item

If you feel you must explain, by clicking on the bidders name you can use Contact member to send a message , apologise for the inconvenience, and invite them to bid again.
