I offered refund but the buyer still left me negative feedback

I sold a top on 11/3/13 the buyer contacted me on 27/3/13 to say item had a hole in it. I didn't see a fault with the top but I sincerly apologised and told her to send it back and I would give her a full refund as I like to keep my buyers happy. She never sent it back then on 2/3/13 she left me negative feedback and lost me my 100% rating. I even sent her a little gift for paying so quick, something I do to encourage fast payment.  I charge low postage and am very honest with my buyers but this has floored me. I have contacted ebay and given them her details and I have also blocked her. I just want my 100% back as this is soooooo unfair. ps...When she does sent it back to me I will deposit $1000.00 into her bank, send her my first born, (good luck with that one he's 31 and eats like a horse) and send her a nice card..... when I get back from New Guinea.....Oh thats right I'm not going!!!! lol
