I posted my item one week ago and the buyer contacted me saying they haven't received the item and they want the tracking number.
I have lost the receipt from Australia Post with the tracking number. I don't want to refund the item yet as I definitely posted it with my address on the back. I haven't received it back yet either. Unsure where to go from here.
