I recently opened an unpaid item case against a buyer who didnt respond she now wants to cancel the transaction.

I recently opened an unpaid item case on a buyer, who didnt pay for a top, I sent another invoice to her and then a message but no reply so that is when I opened the case.

The case is ready to close now, but the buyer has contacted me to say she wants to cancel the transaction.

I cant really see anywhere I can do this.

Is it possible to cancel the transaction after the unpaid item case is closed?

if the case is ready to close the close it.

Her wish will be granted and the transaction closed.

Why let her get away with not paying when you have no idea how many others she has done the same thing too.

Give her the strike she deserves.
