I recently "SOLD" an item on ebay but, purchaser isn't proceeding with purchase. How do I relist?

I recently "SOLD" an item but confusion has led to the buyer not proceeding and I tried to relist but get a message to sign in to proceed and after entering my password the same screen appears.. Any Ideas????????
