I recently sold an item. buyer came to pick but decided not to buy. Gave no reason thenjust left. I now have re-listed the item but notice I am charged a fee for the tiem that didn't sell. I read through the help but it is too complicated to make andy real sense. Surely this is pretty comon and a simple option can be presented to customers..
