I recently sold an item via auction, and in the item description i put payment to be made within 2 days. Have contacted, buyer can i relist?

I recently sold an item via auction, and it the item description I clearly put them payment must be made within 2 days of auction closing, No payment or contact from buyer, I have sent them a message asking for payment or item relisted, no response.

Do I just relist the item?

You must allow 8 days for a buyer to pay by ebay's rules.

On day 4 from the time the auction ended you can open a non payer dispute.

This gives the buyer another 4 days to pay from the time the dispute was opened.

Any time after that if they still have not paid you can close the dispute and then relist or offer to under-bidder if there was one.

Sorry but saying they must pay within 2 days means nothing really.
