I recently sold an item which included postage. Then the buyer contacted me to say she wished to collect in person. Under the old format a seller could send a revised invoice so that postage could be excluded. This is important as I do not wish to be charged on postage if buyer is collecting. However, there does not seem to be a provision under the new format for a seller to send a revised invoice. If this is incorrect could someone tell me how to go about it? The item was under $10 and postage was $8.50, so even though we may only be talking about a commission of 85c or so, why should this come out of my pocket and go into Ebay's pocket ???
