I think ebay has failed in not allowing negative feedback on non paying bidders.Other sellers have no warning!!! Who agrees?

Sold $400 worth of items. Buyer requested more time to pay. Was granted this. Never paid and no contact. No other seller will ever know that this person is unreliable. Just as most organizations warn others about non payers so should ebay. This MUST be a right to the seller - it is FAIR and JUST!!!!
