I've changed phones, same number, now I don't seem to be able to upload photos

I'm not receiving the notification to upload photos from my new phone.
Worked on my old one like a charm

Check if the eBay app has been ticked to allow it to access the camera. Look in app settings and camera settings.

What kind of phone and what brand for example?

Any feature on the phone that might be blocking notifications?
