I want to call ebay to confirm my identity but I could not connect, any help?

Hi , I am just new to ebay and have just listed one of my items. I wanted to revise the page and I couldnt! It says I have to confirm my identity and the number they provided for me to confirm it cannot be connected. Any help pls.
