I want to delete '1 case open' from page as buyer has never responded nor paid for item. readvertise

I have been through Resolution centre, tried numerous ways to contact buyer and now just

want to close 'case open' on my page, so I can re-advertise item.

Each time I try to close/end transaction it tells me I have a 'case open'!
