I want to remove the auctiva scrolling from my listings. I have cancelled the auctiva account, but it has not been removed.

I used to have an auctiva account 5 years ago, which I closed. I clicked on the auctiva automatic scrolling suggestion recently and inadvertently reactivated the account.  

The scrolling window is at the top of my listings, but it refers to all my old information from Auctiva.  I have now cancelled my auctiva subsription, but the window still appears and takes my customers to outdated information.  

How do I remove it from my listings.  When I revise the listing there is no link for auctiva in it.
