Previously I've only made and then sold vintage, but I've received a request for a custom order for one of the handmade wedding dresses that I make. I want to ask for a deposit, as I've been mucked around in the past, and though fully refundable, this will stop timewasters. How do I do this via eBay and Paypal? Or rather, is it possible? thanks!
