If I have a running auction, can I add a buy it now price for someone who has made me a large offer?

Just wondering if this is ok to do?  & wondering how I can go about setting a 'buy it now' price on my ad? Thanks.

If you have no bids and revise to add a BIN price, remember that if a bid is placed the BIN price will disappear again.
