If I issue a refund on an item, do I get a final value credit, and how do I go about getting it?

I have issued a refund via paypal on an item I sold.  Do I qualify for a final value fee credit?  If so how do I go about claiming it?

To claim a fvf on a refunded item, you need to ask the buyer to agree to a mutual cancellation, and if they will send one via the drop down tabs to the right of the item, resolve a problem.

However, cancellations that are requested by the seller, will now show as a defect on your account, so you have to toss up whether the value of the credit warrants it.
