If a buyer agrees to cancel a transaction, should the feedback for that transaction also be cancelled and removed from the system?
A while back a buyer and I had confusion over an item for sale and, as a result, we agreed to cancel the sale. This was then confirmed by eBay with a "Transaction has been successfully cancelled" e-mail.
However, the feedback the buyer provided for that transaction remains in my feedback list. I had hoped it would be removed automatically by cancelling the transaction.
How can I remove feedback for a cancelled transaction?
