Having used eBay for 9 years, I've noticed a trend towards more and more buyers not bothering to leave feedback.
Surely a rule could be implemented whereby if one user leaves positive and the other user doesn't bother to leave any feedback then default positive feedback should be awarded after 60 days!
From my experience recently I would say around 40% of transactions just don't bother anymore.
