If anyone can help me on how to remove background from photos please. Thanks in advance

I did a google search on how to remove background from photos that I want to list, but its a bit complicated. Is there an easy way,  less time consuming I would appreciate a reply.

I use Photoshop to remove backgrounds. There is a tool on the eBay photo page but I found it removes more than the background

There's a page called Fotofuze. It does a pretty good job.
