If the "Buy it now" target is not met am I obliged to accept the highest bidders offer?

I have a Buy it now target for an item of 72.00 au the opening bidding I have set at 46.15 on the reccommendation of ebay computer generated advise.

If my "BUY it Now" is not met am I obliged to sell the item.
