Indefinitely Removed Selling Ability!

Hi Ebay members,

While I was trying to submit the required documents to Ebay (many error emails back to me after I sent the documents), I received another email from ebay to inform me that my account is "Indefinitely removed ability to sell....", I am very frustrated. I called the customer service to ask for reasons because I believe I always strive to follow Ebay policies. All my documents sent to them were my company certificate, ID, tax invoice... The lady explained to me that those information was inconsistent??? If those legal documents were inconsistent, what else can I submit to prove my business and to run it on Ebay??? 

Has anyone experienced this problem? What should I do now? Any chance to reinstate? I feel very unfair with the sudden decision from Ebay. Please advice. Thank you.
