Initial customer order was for COD but now they want item posted and I have agreed to do so. How do I send revised invoice after checkout complete icon appears next to the item? The buyer cannot see any option for cancelling the initial order and there is no option for send invoice in the dropdown menu next to the item either. I have sent question to ebay customer support 3 days ago but no response. I am from Australia.
