Can anyone figure out what is going on with the forced instant payment for buyers? I previously had a buyer who was forced to pay instantly, despite wanting time to pay and my agreeing to it. Now, I am awaiting payment for an item. I do not have instant payment selected on any of my listings. Is eBay doing this randomly, I wonder. My current buyer has a low feedback score, so it cannot be instant payment for newbies. Your thoughts, insight and experiences with this please.
