International customers unable to combine their items.

Recently, my International customers are no longer able to combine their items onto one invoice. Have any sellers in Australia had this problem and, if so, is there a solution?

My settings are correct (to my knowledge) and my Australian customers have no problems having all items combined on one invoice with one payment. It's offputting if a buyer thinks they're going to get charged shipping for additional items!

I have phoned ebay and after a discussion was told that it was a technical fault at ebay and that they'd call me back on Monday, which they didn't.

When I shop on US and UK ebay, I am still able to combine my multiple purchases - does anyone know why international customers can no longer do this on ebay Australia? Or is there a temporary fault?
