I just received an eBay message stating that I have an invoice for fees related to some items sold in the last month. When I ask to "view" the invoice, I am then told that I have no current invoices and have nothing owing.
The eBay message gives an amount that is supposedly owing but I have been unable to determine any details on the breakdown of this amount and to what item(s) it applies.
Even though, under My Ebay / Account, where it shows there is no invoice owing am I required to pay the invoice? If so, how?
