I have sold an item that was offered as pickup only and free postage for it. Person who has bought requires postage and the invoice. I have tried everything to add the postage amount - hit the recalculate button and it just keeps returning to the original free postage amount. It won't allow me to add the postage amount that is now required.
How do I get around this? If I don't click on the recalculate button the postage will show but it's not totalled. Problem with that is when the buyer hits the pay now button all that will come out is the item amount and no postage amount.
Very frustrating?
