I sold an item that was pick up only and byer has paid in full. I have now agreed to post it, due to covid, and need to send an invoice for the postage cost. How do I do this?
If the buyer paid via PayPal, log into PP and send a funds request.
If the PP email is not showing as things have changed recently, you will need the buyer's PP email address.
