Is Click and Send not working

Hi guys, I am having problems today with Click and Send. 

I have sold an item and have logged into Click and Send and imported the buyer's details with no problems. However, I notice the form autopopulates the wrong state for this buyer.

I correct her state from ACT to VIC, then enter my satchel code. I get as far as clicking the "Select Service" button at the bottom, and it tells me the buyer's postcode is wrong. I know it's correct because I've double checked it against the Aus Post website. I'm so frustrated because I want to get this label printed and I told my buyer I'd mail it tomorrow.

Is it just me that Click and Send is playing up for? Thanks.
