On the 19TH of nov i could receive money from buyers on paypal now as of the 20th i can not, it's the NEW policy from EBAY that unless you have had an account for 6 mths, etc you now have to enter tracking numbers not only on ebay but also on paypal, then wait till the item arrives making sure you check that NOT THEM and them request that your funds be released to you. This is just not right, i spoke to EBAY they said it's a paypal thing, I rang PAYPAL they said ebay put the restrictions in place... Is anyone eles feeling like a criminal here.....
