Is it against eBay policy to have more than 1 seller account?

I recently won a couple of auctions and after paying with PayPal, I noticed that the seller's email addresses were very similar to each other. I had also noticed that the description was exactly the same wording but put it down to that some sellers will copy and paste other seller's descriptions.

Ten days have now passed and I haven't received either item. I did a search and noticed that there are 2 more identical listings for the same item for sale with same wording, description, etc. I wonder if I will receive my goods. So this seller has 4 different seller accounts - is it allowed? Each account has the same number of buyer feedback of 5 each and no seller FB yet. Can you only begin selling after you have reached 5 feedback? I'm beginning to wonder if they are listing the one item in multiple listings...
