Why are you using the term “cell phone”? In Australia we use “mobile phones”… The fact that you’re talking about cell phones tells me that you are not an authorised Australian dealer and are probably thinking of sourcing these unapproved items from China.
Please don't tell me you intend to buy them online and then onsell them - most electrical goods bought from Ali Baba etc DO NOT conform to Australian specifications.
You would have to sign up and be verified for Managed Payments before you even think about listing items, and be fully aware of the restrictions placed on new sellers.
