Is it possible to sell on this account without phone verification?

Hi

I am trying to set up this account to sell items. I have tried to verify using PP and credit card but each time it takes me to confirm my identity by phone.

I have a silent number and am not willing to have that as the primary number for my account which is what it states will happen. I have a mobile phone but we don't have reception here so if they call I won't be able to answer the call.

Is there a way around this?

Any help appreciated.

No you cannot. This is a preventative measure to stop scammers. eBay needs to know you are a legit user and not a scammer, so no you can't. Discovered this when browsing Canadian eBay boards.

Please take note of the dates of threads in future, this one is over 8 years old and if you look at the OP's feedback they have been a seller since then, so have very obviously solved their problem.
