Since you have posted under selling, I take it you are aware you can only be paid via Managed Payments, once you have fully signed up and been verified to sell?

And regardless of how much you sold years ago, your funds will be on hold as you are seen by eBay as a 'new' seller

If you mean to eBay, then yes, sometimes. I can still use Paypal for eBay purchases but some members can't.

Edit. If you mean for selling, then no you must be verified and registered for Managed Payments.

I made a purchase 10 mins ago and used paypal no probs but as advised not alll buyers can and certainly not sellers
