Is there any way I can send eBay customer service a Email?

Since eBay AU closed the email "customerhelp_au@ebay.com", I have to contact them via Chat and Seller Help. The Seller Help is basically useless like a dumb robot. And the customer service in the Chat often tries to dodge the problem and they seem that wanna finish the conversation quickly. Chat doesn't support the files and pictures neither. 

Does anyone have any idea which email address the sellers can send a proper email to eBay? So I can get my problems solved or explained properly.

Members here have found that you're likely to get an automated response to emails, which are often irrelevant to the question anyway.

Why not post your problem here ? The members will likely give you a better answer than eBay CS will ever do.

THE CONVICTS AT EBAY AUSTRALIA NEVER ALLOW YOU TO GET THEIR EMAIL ,PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS FOR POSTAGE AS THEY ARE DUCKING AND DIVING CONVICTS .

So you said on your other post. Obviously you would rather just drag up old threads to yell at other members than use eBay Help, or better yet, let other members know what your issue is. emails are bot automated, the call center closed over four years ago. No idea why you would want a 'postage address' for eBay
