Is there other help files on eBay...? The one I click above is just about the negatives...

A few times I've tried the Help section via the link at the top of the screen, entering a topic that is a term clearly used on eBay but topics/help files returned are about legal policies, the don'ts more than do's come up...

Apart from previous attemps to find info from the help files, which generally go nowhere except warnings if you do this or that you will be banned, barred, deleted, penalized, tarred & feathered followed by a ballistc missile sent to your house, the last was just wanting clarification on using UPCs in listings...!!

So question is... is there another info section on eBay on this and other minor topics for clarification purposes. Don't want to change or add anything after the "Linking Policy" change cost me hundreds of hours to change things they agreed to in the first place.
