Is there such a place to rate sellers who don't respond to queries after multiple attempts?

Hi,

I'm not even sure where this is supposed to be or where it will end up given I have no idea where to post...

I'm really **bleep** about one thing, and I think there should be a feedback forum for this just as there is for selling and buying as this is customer service.

I have had a gutful of contacting sellers asking for measurements - underarm to underarm, shoulder to hem, waist and hips laid flat. It's hard to buy online for clothes - especially without measurements!

Some I have contacted up to three times about the same article of clothing and still no reply. It's as if they don't even want to sell the article but I lean more towards they are lazy and can't be bothered to measure or answer. 

If there was a rating system for the seller answering queries then perhaps there would be a different response rate.
