It seems to be impossible to either phone, chat or report an issue to EBay Australia

A buyer has lodged a case  (Request #5234154496 )  regarding an item I posted EXPRESS to Japan in March hasn't been received and is asking for a refund.

I did provide tracking and have followed this up with Australia Post numerous times and they advised that the item has not yet left Australia due to delays with International Carriers. They will not accept it as lost unless 90 days have past without tracking reports.

It is not my problem that there are such long delays and this must be affecting thousands of EBay transactions BUT, it is impossible to contact anyone at EBay to advise or sort this issue out. I am not going to refund the buyer for an item that Australia Post say is still in transit, even though it a completely unacceptable delay and as I have fully complied with EBay and PayPal policies why does EBay seem to think its my problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!
