My item was re-listed automatically over the Christmas break, while I was away and subsequently sold, but I did not respond to the buyer until my return 7 days later. Tried several times to contact the buyer ( SMS / Tel / Email) but item not taken/sold, and not payment received. Ebay have now charged my VISA card for the sale, how do I get a refund? Wish to re-list soon.
