Item was sold at auction - PayPal listed as payment method, local pickup only. Buyer doesn't have PayPal account and wants to pay on pickup with cash. I don't want this as I feel they will try to haggle for a lower amount etc. What should I do? If buyer wants to cancel contract and I agree can this be done quickly and easily so I can relist. There were other bidders.

You are far better to ask for cash at the time of pick up, your buyer is doing the right thing here, and you have no reason to cancel the sale, which you cant do anyway without their agreement.
The few times I have had items for pick up, not one buyer has ever tried to haggle the price down, and all you have to do if they try is say 'no'.
You and the buyer have no protection for pick ups with paypal, and the best way to proceed is for the buyer to inspect the item and pay cash.
