I sold some items internationally and they are awaiting customs inspection as per tracking and tracing updates.
Buyer refuses to Investigate why and has asked for a refund.
Ebay has granted a full refund to buyer. Now I am out of pocket for the goods and freight and ebay still charged me the listing percentage.
I cannot get my iitems back as freight has left and freight provider advised we did our job and noone will help me. Any ideas. Not even EBay will help me
