Lady making threats to me

This lady brought something off me and she said it’s not as described I no what she paid for and what she got and then she started making threats towards me

How is the item not as described?

You might have sent exactly what you described and what she paid for but if the item was broken for example it is not as described in ebayspeak.

You really need to take the advice offered by kopenhagen before the buyer starts a formal dispute through ebay.

Perhaps your customer service was not satisfactory.

I say this because usually people don't make threats without a reason.

Selling on eBay requires you to provide returns for items not as described.

I suggest you try to work out a solution with the buyer but at this stage I think the buyer will just open a return case and you will need to provide a return postage label if you want the item back before eBay refunds her.

Actual threats to yourself or your property (home) or threats to open an eBay dispute or to leave neg feedback if you do not do as she wants ?
