I have purchased some vitamins from China and intend to sell them on eBay. The products are marketed by a Canadian company which I assume has their product manufactured in China. Am I in breach of any laws if I sell the same product. I have done some searches and have found that the Trademarks are not registered in Australia.

I have been buying and taking these products for sometime now and have no problem. Just want to know about the lagalities of selling them online.
