Customer found the item was faulty and did not work. That was almost 3 Months ago. He was worrying who pays for the Freight. I advised him to take the item to the Post Office and have the the staff send the item "CASH ON DELIVERY"
This customer has had this item "3 Months" THIS IS A JOKE. Can you please respond to me to let me me know what to do. This eBay member should have a mark against his name in the manner that he has handled this refund and non - delivery back to Seller ASAP.
