I informed the buyer when he/she messaged me before the sale that I could not post the item. But they paid anyway and now will not respond to messages. I know they can't pick up the item because they told me they have no car and also we are in lock down in Greater Sydney. I want to cancel the sale, refund the buyer and relist the item (it's a heater and winter is now over!!), but this situation is not listed as a reason for cancelling a sale. I asked the buyer to request a cancellation, but no response... I have reported a buyer issue (requesting a postage service I don't offer). I am a newbie, this is my second sale on e-bay. I appreciate advice.
Drop down menu on the RHS of the listing "cancel sale" and use "problem with buyers address", it may not allow you to do that since you've asked the buyer to cancel themselves however.
Edit. G'day Kopes........
Yes and you should as the listing clearly states Pick up only.
If you haven't already, explain and send a screen shot of the listing showing Pick up only No postage.
