eBay will see you as a new seller as you haven't sold for a long time so are you registered to sell and signed up for managed payments ?

I can see that the item will only work in the UK but selling a $400 item to overseas is fraught with danger.
If the buyer opens a 'not as described ' claim eBay will no doubt side with the buyer and you could lose your item and money
Your listing for the item says you post only to Australia, hence it is not going to appear anywhere except on eBay Australia
