Hi
I have this terrible case filed by a buyer under eBay Money Back Guarantee. She didn't want a dress she ordered and intentionally ripped the Brand New dress and filed a damaged case. Ebay made a decision in favour of buyer which means as a seller I have to pay both way postages and refund the money.
I am shocked that this buyer would do such nasty things to send item back. I am also terribly sad that a beautiful brand new Tory Burch dress was ripped.
I can't attached a photo due to large size and it shows error when I tried to attach. The dress was terribly ripped on the side.
Could anyone please give me some advice? How can I appeal to ebay on this case?
Thanks
There's also the possibility that the buyer already had the torn dress and searched eBay for an identical undamaged item, bought your good one, and is now sending you the torn one as the "return".
Result: buyer upgrades from torn to new for free (at your expense).
